Citizen allowance

New citizens start with 10,000 credits, 100 diamonds and 10,000 duckets. Each daily login awards 2,000 credits, 20 diamonds and 2,000 duckets, once per London calendar day. The daily allowance also applies on your first login.

Tax credits convert into public treasury diamonds at 20 credits per diamond. Any remainder is carried forward. The Chancellor authorises separate Community and Building competition budgets; each minister distributes prizes from that pot. Business tax and public business unit rent are future features.
